The Maxwell House Group is team of experienced real estate professionals who work in Charlotte, North Carolina and the surrounding areas. We strive to give our client the BEST customer service experience of their life – for the largest purchase of their life.
Our team is a family. Since 2004, Debe Maxwell has been providing excellent customer service as a five-star real estate agent. In 2008, The Maxwell House Group was born. The addition of Debe’s long-time assistant, Christina Kellmann, the “MHG” became a powerhouse team known in the area for high list-to-sales price ratios, low days on the market and Debe’s unbelievable negotiating skills. Our team represents many different backgrounds: nursing, finance, insurance & IT, business management, staging and sales. We stay on the cutting edge of technology and marketing. We also love to have a little fun here and there with our clients: bowling and brews, cake pop tutorials, grilling out in the park, or making care packages for our troops overseas – oh, and we are HUGE Carolina Panther fans!
Yes, we are real estate agents, but we are also so much more; an agent must be a jack-of-all-trades. We carry measuring tapes & flashlights in our cars and have our favorite contractors and home inspectors on speed dial. We walk through muddy yards in high heels to scope out property lines, or work well into the night to negotiate the best prices for our sellers – and get the deal sealed. We know the best ways to get around town during rush hour; we know the best restaurants in any given neighborhood to share with your potential buyers.
Several of us have lived in Charlotte for 40+ years. We are parents, sisters, brothers, friends and even grandmothers! We really just love what we do; we aren’t here simply to sell your home, but to facilitate the beginning of a new chapter in your life.

Amanda Clark is a seasoned Broker and NC REALTOR® at Savvy + Company Real Estate in Charlotte with nearly 30 years of experience helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the local market. Originally born in Heidelberg, Germany and raised in eastern North Carolina, she’s called Charlotte’s Dilworth neighborhood home since 1987 and brings deep community knowledge to her work. Known for her analytical, detail-oriented approach and unwavering advocacy for clients, Amanda has completed hundreds of successful transactions and holds multiple real estate designations. As part of The Maxwell House Group, her commitment to client service and market expertise continues to shine.
Sheila Moye is a Broker and NC REALTOR® with Savvy + Company Real Estate in Charlotte, bringing about six years of experience helping buyers and sellers through one of life’s biggest decisions with a personalized, attentive, honest, and proactive approach. Originally from Canada and now a proud Concord resident, she serves clients across Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, Rowan, Union, and Iredell counties and is eager to expand into the luxury market while making the buying and selling process smooth and stress-free. Beyond real estate, Sheila enjoys golf, walking her golden retrievers, and serving her community—and she’s known for strong communication, thoughtful problem-solving, and client advocacy as part of The Maxwell House Group at Savvy + Co.
Mandy Heidinger is a Broker and NC REALTOR® with Savvy + Company Real Estate, a North Carolina native, and Charlotte resident since 1996 who blends 20+ years of nursing-rooted client care with a passion for real estate to help buyers and sellers feel truly supported through the process. Licensed since 2014, she specializes in land, single-family homes, new construction, and luxury properties, often collaborating with her husband’s luxury home-building expertise to offer an elevated experience in premier neighborhoods around Charlotte. Known for honest communication, attention to detail, and deep local market knowledge, Mandy is dedicated to building genuine relationships and guiding clients with confidence.
Scott Toney (not pictured) is a seasoned Broker and NC/SC REALTOR® with Savvy + Company Real Estate in Charlotte, originally from Jacksonville, Florida, and a Charlotte resident since 1999. Bringing 20+ years of real estate experience, including senior leadership at Bank of America before launching his residential career during a challenging market, Scott is known for his calm, client-first approach, clear communication, and strong advocacy throughout the buying and selling process. His business is built on referrals and repeat clients, reflecting deep trust and satisfaction, and he also serves the industry through leadership roles like chairing the Professional Standards Board for the local REALTOR® association. As all of The Maxwell House Group does, Scott puts ethics & customer service FIRST. Outside real estate, Scott loves water skiing, gardening, tennis, and is active in the kennel club and community activities.
